Can I make my own shoe.. for example a Magic era Converse weapon.....or can i recolor shoes..for example recolor the Air JOrdan V from Black and Red to more of a Red and Black(meaning Red is the prevalent color) ....? if yes what program do i have to use?

And how do I make Ray Allen bald... and give a white man an afro?
