I need some advice about playbooks

I dynasty mode with the Lakers, and about now my record is 14-15.. and i have a terrible defence, at leat when i play.

can you give some tips or somthing of how to defend better? I hate when my games enes with 120-130 points and i keep losing that games

Well i use lot of zone defence and full court man to man and i dont have any problems on defence

I found the key to defense being the mastery of the right analog stick, the steal, and the block. Push against the player and really get in his face on D, and play a lot of one-on-one games to practice the timing of blocks and steals.

As for playbooks, I always use man-to-man. If it's a clutch moment then I'll opt for the double team.
