Help on Making a Bulldog Jersey

Hey im new to every thing and the only thing I know to do is design a jersey i have purchased NBA Live 07 2days ago and i downloaded the Super Mod which contains the ESPN feeling and thats all and please someone send me to a tutorial section or something on how to start for a newbie please and if anyones willing to make a jersey patch for me that i can use for the New Jersey Nets please help hears an image of the Jersey Template thanks in advance!

Place numbers on bottom right corner of pants and number right below the bulldog letters in the front side of jersey and for the back side place name right below the bulldog logo please and also place number on bottom right corner of the shorts right below the bulldog)
