why is it that i can't trade nor sign free agents in my denver dynasty it says that i don't have salary cap... what shoul i do...???

I'm not nba live expert but it only means that u dont have enough money 
salary cap is the money a team use to sign players or trade them 
something like that

FYI, the salary cap rules have been explained a few times in the NBA Live 07 Dynasty section. You might want to look there for some more in-depth info and hints.
