Changing teams primary off. play

Does anyone know how to make team's default primary offensive play Power C ? I know, it's related with teams.dbf, but I don't really know which fields have to be changed.

PRIM_OFF is the attribute in teams.dbf that you need to change. Refer to plays.dbf for the appropriate values.
