Gold Cavs Jersey?

I'm sure this has been done by someone, and I have searched and search for it but can not find one. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm not all that good at jersey making and could use a little help. I need the Cavs logo from the c76a jersey so I can apply it to the front of the jersey (I just have type print on it now) Also I would like to make a preview for the jersey select screen but having issues there. Any help?
