I get two Codebase Errors when I try to load my season.
I am using Andrew's Roster Patch v1.00.

Codebase Error 1
Error #: -200
Error #: 83805
File is not a Data File
database corruption detected
C:\Documents And Settings\David A. Evans Jr.\My Documents\NBA Live 07\Database\WorkingDB\Faces.DBF

Codebase Error 2
Error #: -935
Error #: 94001
Null Input Parameter unexpected d4field

I have been dealing with EA Technical Support, here is their responses I had with them.

This is last my last resort, cause I hate to have to start a new season, when I only had 30 games left in my season...

Try replacing all the dbf files in the database folders (currentdb, workingdb, originaldb etc) with the original dbf files. Codebase Errors generally indicate a corruption in the database.

I replaced all the dbf files in the database folders & I still got the same codebase errors. I guess that I have to start a new season all over...

You can also try replacing faces.dbf in your Dynasty save folder with the version included in v1.00 of my roster update. Apart from that, there's not much else I can suggest except to start over.

I have problems with codebase ( appereance.dbf) :(

I hope I don't make it worse, but I'm experiencing the same problems, but with the players.dbf (I edited it a bit), but not during a game yet, so that is some good news...but what I don't understand is how this just started all of the sudden. I edited the file last week, and nothing went wrong this past week, and I didn't edit the file either, so this sudden error is kind of strange. thanks for the suggestions though Andrew...

maybe re-installing the game will fix the problem??? just have to back up the season folder (s) [nothing else I presume]

You shouldn't even need to backup the saves as they aren't deleted when you uninstall/reinstall.

When I downloaded the new roster patch today, I replaced the faces.dbf & now I no longer get any codebase errors... :D Now I can finish the season I have, thank you again Andrew for the roster patch... (Y)
