Question about Roster Importing

I was curious if anyone could send me in the right direction. I recently downloaded, and loved Tony Divence's Historic Roster Pack. Basically I was curious as to where I could find some information on making my own roster packs, or even import them from patches made for NBA Live '06 or even NBA Live 2005. Thanks in advance.
