A weird crash...

Good afternoon,
I've installed NBA Live 07 on my pc and meets all of the system requirements. I've played it without any problems since 5 days and I've always played it with a Logitech Dual Action controller.
Today, I wanted to play the game together with my brother on the same PC. I launched the game, without any problems, we got in the main menu. So, then we decided to change the keyboard-controls in the options.
No problem with changing them, but when we tried to save the configuration, the game locked up. I got back to windows, uninstalled the game, then reinstalled the game, but now it won't launch at all anymore.
Is this a common problem? I've searched the internet already for a solution for the problem, but I didn't find anything.

The problem is fixed, thanks to EAsupport 
just had to uninstall the complete game, delete EVERYTHING of NBA Live 07 on my hard drive (register too!).
Then I reinstalled it and it works fine!
