but do you know how to make 720' ? I have Joystick with two analogs and 12 buttons!!

If I recall correctly, you need to perform a 180 gather and make two full rotations of the left analog stick before pressing the shoot button. You need to be pretty quick with the rotations.

i have done it, it takes some time to get down but keep trying in "dunk school" and you will eventually do it.

Yes, though I can't do it consistently. I seem to have more success when I perform as many rotations of the left analog stick as possible to ensure I make two full 360s before pressing the trick button.

In the game i have seen the computer acheive this dunk many times. Even though i haven't done it myself, i'm certain it's all about timing and choosing the right type of dunk. For example, the computer does this when it dunks from a toss off the jumpotron or off the crane camera. I find it difficult to do any dunk but i'm certain it's because my timing is wrong, but give it a go and see what happens.

How can i pull off a dunk when doing a toss off the jumpotron or crane camera. i have the game on psp but my timing is pretty poor and the instructions dont make things very clear at all.

I had the 540 and 720 down on 06.

I also know how to do 720..
Just press turbo+block then 2 clockwise right analog rotations while holding turbo then press either shot,lay-up,dunk or pas button..
