Need help!

Ok my game is irritating me. I'll play a game and be done, and I exit to go back to the Dynasty menu, and the game just shuts off and goes back to windows. Why is it doing that? And how do I stop it?
And my team is killing me, they always go cold shooting, and I can't seem to make a basket at all. Does anyone else have this trouble?

The crash is a known bug. Unfortunately the official fix released by EA did not address the problem.

I had the same problem. I disabled CTHELPER and CTXFIHLP by going to Start-->Run-->msconfig-->Startup tab-->uncheck those boxes. At first, the crashes continued, but after a while, they stopped happening.

so by doing that. does it really takes off the crash bug

It's worth a try. Mine stopped crashing after I did that but it is unclear if that is what caused the crashing in the first place.
