help regarding dynasty for psp?

First of all, i wanna apologize for posting here 'cos i couldnt find a psp forum.. anyway, anyone knows why i cant view the Season Standings, League Leaders, etcs under Stats Central in dynasty mode?? They are all locked!? Do i need to change some setings??
