That reminds me, I need to update a few of those tutorials.

The only additional steps for NBA Live 07 (as well as 06 and 2005) is that you also need to copy the data for the new All-Stars in appearance.dbf as well. You can locate the appropriate row by searching for the player's PLAYERID.
