Official NBA Live 07 Patch Problems

I'm having a problem with the Official NBA Live 07 Patch. I go to the EA Sports website and download the patch succesfully, but then when I click on it it says
"Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."
Did anybody else have this problem with the patch, if you did can you please help me with this because its getting on nerves ?!

try reinstalling the game
