can someone help me im new and i want to put shoe patches on

i downloaded the "real shoe patch" to my desktop now wut do i do to get it on to my game?

Doesn't the file have a 'readme'? And, for future reference, posting a question like this in the thread about the patch would be a better idea.

ok so i understand how to download it to the game now but everytime i go to load it it crashes...does anyone know why and how to fix it? i reinstalled the enitre game and it still crashes when i load something wuts the deal? sumone please repond
