After using the official patch, PGs are still too strong

I used Miami vs Dallas
Harris got 40 points
He just kept entering the post area and had lay-ups
I tired to block him but I always committed fouls
He was so excellent at the free throw line too!!!
Also, at the 4th quarter,
He kept shooting 3 points..
even there was a hand on his face..he still got them all in.
Plz help!

The patch unfortunately does not address any issues with primacy or point guards attempting too many shots.
