And now the Houston Rockets want to trade Yao for S Francis and K Brown
If I accept,A Bynum has to stay on the bench,and the starting PF shoud be Mihm
What shoud I do ?

Well I would accept the trade.

Ming should of course be Starting C.
I would move Odom to PF
Start Radmanovic at SF
Kobe at SG
and Parker as PG.

I would accept and probably stick Bynum at PF or as eisfeld said put Odom or Radmanovic there.

Either way, you want Yao

L Odom has a great passing ability,so I may not move him to PF
Is Radmanovic the right person to the PF??
I'm very pleased at his 3pts shooting
But his defense is so bad!!

Well a good passing rating for a PF is a nice thing. Otherwise you could'nt pass from the inside to the three point threats on your team. As Radmanovic is a better outside scorer than inside scorer I'd strongly recommend playing him at SF and Odom at PF.

Radmanovic
KB24
Farmar
It seems to be a wonderful team

Or what do you think about this?

1. Don't accept the Yao trade
2. Start Bynum at C, Lamar at PF, Kobe at SG, and Smush at PG
3. Trade Francis and Radmanovic for a good all around SF - someone like Diaw or Magette

Lamar at PF is good. He can outdribble and drive on the bigger guys and post on the smaller ones (like Marion).

Try to develop Bynum. I trained him like hell my first season and he improved by 8-10 overall points. Try getting a Big Man Assistant to train him, mostly on offense and athleticism.
