About ea update..

I have successfully installed the update file downloaded from EA website.
Also, in the "in game setting", there is a "Fatigue Effect On/Off option" too.
However, although I have turned on the Fathgue Effect, I still cannot find any substitution done by the CPU. I have tried to change the substitution frequency to 100, but there is still no improvement.
How can I solve the problem??

It's probably because the patch doesn't work at all.
We have a sticky at the top of the page for all the talk related to the official patch though.
