Great for a first timer, but here are some suggestions

-This year NBA uses adidas jerseys, so it'll be nice if you remove those Reebok logos
-From what I've read, there's an alpha channel (?) of the jerseys you have to change too...
-Noticed on the Heat's home jersey the collars are wrong
-Also don't put the uniform labels (bottom right corner of the shirt)
-Heat home shorts needs some adjustment, look at the bottom of the shorts... The red is a too thick

That's all I know, I think there's something wrong with some alpha crap... There jerseys just look a little too shiny or maybe it's the texture..

Oh yeah, give credits to whose texture you used.

the 76ers use the reebok for the retro jerseys !!
