how to install patch on nba live pc 07

i just downloaded san antonio jersrypatch can some one tell me how to di patch it / install it

Extract and put the fsh files into sgsm folder in nba live directory.

sorry i m new to this site so, it won't happen again, in sgsm folder i see other folders which folder do i put in ?
