triggering x factor

excuse me for my ignorance.... how do i trigger the x factor thru keyboard

using the default setting keyboard..

When the X icon is already flashing, hold C and press R..

[Flash 3]

So the keys would be "Superstar Trigger + Off-Ball" For Default Controls, hold C and press R.
