headshape & bands problem

the game in my pc made this with the heashape and bands made this

all player have the same headshape or very similar and broken headbands
What's happen ?
my pc it's a pentium 4 2,8 - 512MB and the graphic card a geforce FX 5500 with the latest drivers

Its a glitch in the game. Try going to individual practice. Then exit out of practice and back into edit player and you should have the correct headshape.
