HOW TO REFUND NBA LIVE 2007?

Anyone know how I can go about refunding Live 2007. The CPU no sub. is just ridiculous and I want my money back! I don’t think I can go and refund it from the store because I already opened the item. Can someone provide me with a link to how EA goes about getting refunds? Thanks.

You can exchange to other game or they can give you the credit to your account if you bought from EBgames.

Just return it man. Don't hope that they will ever and i mean never relesase the patch to fix this shit. I know that EA knew about this SUB shit already but they won't care because we are the dman pc customer.

Why/how did you swindle NBA Live 07 in the first place?

Kidding aside, I think your only chance is to try bringing it to the store. I suggest waiting to see if a patch comes out first, unless you don't have the PC version.

I bought it from EBGames. I will try to refund it tomorrow and see what they say. From my experience you can't refund PC games and you have to do it through EA. But I will see if they are willing to get me a credit or an exchange. I am willing to exchange it for any other game cause this game CPU sub is just stupid. We all waited for EA to fix 06 offensive reb. and no patch came out so I'm not waiting for a patch as I am sure it won't come. Hopefully, I will be able to exchange it for NBA2k!
