Rookies Name and portraits

First of all... i'll apologize if somebody don't understand my english 
Secondly, i'm not sure if this has been said before but.. here it goes.
As we all know, the new rookies of a dynasty game, are generated by adding a first name plus a surname from a pre-created list, so if the commentators record all those names, don't you think it would be very easy to hear the complete name of all the new rookies while playing a game?
With the portraits, EA should do like Maxis with the Sims. It that game you have a 2D photo of your created Sim. I mean, i think it's better to see a portrait of the generated 3D face of the player, than that horrible shadowly face.. don't you think so?

No, i like the portraits how they are. Maybe only for created players and generated rookies

I think that's what he meant. Keeping the portraits for players that are in the game, but creating new ones for CPU- and user-created players. In fact, everything else would be better than the horrible shadow-face.
