where i gotta "unzip" that update??? like 2.5 etc.

It doesn't matter where you unzip the NLSC roster update. The files should be placed in the correct folders when you run install.exe, it does the work for you. Most graphics patches however need to be unzipped to the sgsm folder (by default, that's C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 07\sgsm).
