how can i make my nba live 07 graphics more realistic? why is my game speed is very slow even if adjust the game speed?

Chances are if you have low realism and a slow game speed you have low RAM and a somewhat low-end graphics card (refer to: me).
as I look at life through my rear view, i see all the potholes i had to steer through.
