URGENT HELP NEEDED: crashing at month's end + assistants

hey guys

in my dynasty, at the end of the month, the game freezes, i been trying to find a reason and i think i found it, when i go to view staff, then click on assistants, the game freezes, does anyone have the same problem? is there anyway to fix it, i tried reseting tasks of all the staffs to -1 and that didn't work, can anyone please help?

also, is there anyway i can start a new dynasty and import everything from my current dynasty into it because i spent hours on this and i CBFed starting a new dynasty
