Jersey Patches

I went through all the jersey downloads in the download section but they are not unlocking in the game. I do have the updated teamgear.dbf file in SGSM but even when I delete it, it doesn't work.

What am I missing here? Also a second thing I can't find the download link to dragons uniform patch if anyone can give that.

The updated teamgear.dbf file must be placed in a roster or Dynasty save folder, not the sgsm folder.

What about a link to the uniform patch that Dragons made? He put in tons of work and the thread looks awesome but I don't see a link to download them.
