Jersey help

Here is a preview and a jersey file. I cannot possibly find out how to put them into the game, so I was wondering, is it possible that I could get someone else to for me? Then send me the file with it in it. If possible, the numbers would fit with a seattle supersonics home jersey.(don't overwrite it if possible, I already screwed up my denver jersey) then send me the file, i'll give you an email address.

I'm amazed actually at how they turned out, I used photoshop elements since I'm a cheap-(explicative) and found out that I couldn't use the pen tool about halfway through...
