i hawe a problems with shoes patch pls help me

hi i was dowloaeded jimmy new roster 4_2 and his game fix 9_3 ewerythink is all rights but are still one problem with shoes they all white i know i need to download all shoes wersions 1 shoes v 5 and 6 , i was donwloaded it and instaled by read me file but the same problem is still in my nba , i'm instaling :
runing istal file it automaticaly finds the directory, and them putiing the shoesacc.dbf file in to my rosters, but in game are still same problem all the shoes r white ,but the names of shoes are writed when u woont to edit your player but i did'nt see a shoes.............so what i should to do? please help me if u can write me all instruction what i must download and how to intsal corectly thx...
