Yeah, if it were a #5 headband flipped, the NBA logo would be upside down. And he's never had a #5 headband anyway. Where did you get that idea?

I'm pretty sure that the #2 headband is a Red Auerbach memorial/tribute - I think on opening night all the Celtics who wore headbands had #2 headbands. I hadn't seen one again until the contest.

For those who don't know the Celtics retired #1 for original owner Walter Brown and #2 for Red Auerbach.
