how do i edit the speech of the announcer and commentator?

I want to put my voice into the game.. I have never seen a thread here in NLSC talking about editing the speech just like making the arena announcer to say a custom speech..

i have seen mods wherein they were able to put custom speeches for custom players...

In DBF editing, you can change the speech id to a particular player. The number you use is the player that is said. You just have to figure out the numbers you want to use.
If you search around in the 2006 forums you will find some listed. They're compatible with 07.
