how to import a new intro?!

hi guys!

we work on the BBL LIVE mod for nba live 07. we want to import a new intro, but how?! i've read of the tool -> eavp6encoder - where can i download it?

i testet the last hours the "vp6builder" - but it doesn't work. the importes intro crashes after a few seconds.

please help!
