If you're up to it, you can edit some ratings in players.dbf to give Gerald the option of being a high-flyer. Alternatively you could suggest it to Andrew in the NLSC Roster Patch Issues forum. EA didn't give players who rarely get any playing time Superstar abilities.

but in the original rosters of ea's game Gerald Green display like a highflyer, and not publication in the sophomore team like player with superstar!
