Windows 2000 compatibility won't work??

I tried changing the compatibility mode to win 2000 ti get rid of the directx thing cause i have the latest directx, but it still says that it needs directx even after i have changed the autorun to run in win 2000 mode. Please help!!

There was no need to bump this after just a couple of hours. It's not like it had fallen down to page 5 where nobody would see it, it was still the second post on the forum.

make sure directx is the latest. I know you said it is but make sure first. Post how you went back on here. What operating system are you running? XP? What card do you have?
