Player's face is all white

after i updated roster and downloaded the portrait update, when i played, jorge garbojosa's face and neck is all white, is there a way to solve this problem(not skin color white, but bright white, you cant see the eyes , ears, nose etc.)PLZ HELP

Do you also have a face patch installed for Garbojosa? If not, that's what's causing the problem. If you have a portrait patch installed for a created player you must also ensure they have their own face patch as well.

If you did have a cyberface patch installed, the problem may lie in the filename. Since cyberface and portrait patches for created players require you to edit a player's PLAYERPKG (or if it has its own installation file, it may do it automatically), the portrait may have had a different label to the cyberface patch. Both need to match the same PLAYERPKG value otherwise you can only use one or the other. If that's the case then there's an easy fix; just rename one of the patch files and make sure they both match the PLAYERPKG value for Garbojosa in players.dbf.

thanks i found the cyber face patch on the site, but the link doesnt work, can any one help give another link
