Baseline Low camera

can somebody patch the baseline low for me making it steady and not following the ball i like this camera but i get dizzy whenever shots are made cuz the camera follows the stinking ball please make it steady for me if possible be like the camera in 2k7 in settings of "camera style: 2k7 camera zoom:8 camera height:2" and when the ball is near the basket it becomes baseline mid and when away the basket its baseline low IF possible
