just need a basic status on NLSC roster update

hiya.. this isnt a post to whine or complain or pine for the first release of andrew's NLSC roster update.. just wanted to know in what type of development phase does it currently stand?

- any specific challenges to this year's update (technical or non)

I wont ask for a date, because I've been around this board from the beginning, and know the answer
