how to??

some legends cant be signed into normal teams (eg. mitch richmond...)
how can this be changed??(PS2)

Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done for the PS2 version of the game as it's impossible to designate created players as Legends and place them in the Legends Pool, or trade them from the Decade All-Star teams. It can be done on the PC version but not the PS2 as we can't access the hidden attributes necessary to do so.
