how can i erase players from the game?

1.Open the My Documents/NBA Live 07/saves/YOUR ROSTER/players.dbf
2.You can open it with excel
3.After that, you find the row of player you want to erase
4.Delete all row of that player
5.Run the NBA Live 07
6.Load the rosters & enjoy!

Using excel and deleting rows can be dangerous. I suggest download DB Commander from the main site, opening the players.dbf, scrolling down to the player you wish to erase, and change his ORIGTEAM and TEAM to 38 to make him hidden. That way, he won't bother you unless you want him back, which is just as easy to do.
