big men to domiant ...help

In my game, everytime i start a dynasty all the big men are all too domiant like amare, shaq,yao, magloire, Igauskas which end up averging like 24 plus ppg while the other superstars on the team like tmac, lebron and wade end up averaging around 17-19 ppg which is really unrealistic. Is there a way to stop this from happening all the time? by the way this is for current gen
