How To Change Freestyle Superstar? (PC)

Well, this is a GIGANTIC problem to me. The AI can change their Freestyle Superstar like Steve Nash from a Playmaker to a Shooter , but I can't. I always lose except when I'm using the 80's All Star Team. So, in fact how to change that thing !! I need some help from you guys out there and I tested all the keys and no results to the problem
