how do i enter the ea sports online? i have already registered my game, but when i click play online in the game menu there is just the direct internet conection option (ip)

Do you have the US/English version of the game? I believe EASO is missing from the French/German versions.

easo is how you play the game online



goto Game Modes, Play Online, then there should be two choices Online and Direct IP

Not sure it matters. Since the new, but unworking, patch was officially released I've been unable to enter online play. There is an error message "wrong version, update the game" when I try to play online. Of course, I cannot update the game because the patch won't install.

I think you have the European version that is in English.And as far as I know the "Euro" Version doesn't support EASO.

it´s very stange.. in game modes > play online there are 2 options: join direct internet game and create direct internet game..
btw, i have also fifa 2007, and i play on easo normally
