Ball SLiding Not Rolling

Ball SLiding Not Rolling anyone else notice this when there is a foul or break in game the ball justs slides away on the floor doesnt roll or rotate just sort of slides on florr like it was a hockey rink not a basketball floor

Its happened to me before as well. Like throwing a hail-mary pass from out of bounds and having the ball just drop like a rock and slide on the ground. Luck that it doesn't happen too often.
