Player's Development?

Postby Pipes on Sun Nov 12, 2006 10:31 pm

There's a thing that concers me.I put much effort in developing young guys, eg. rookies or other guys which can be stars in future (like Bynum at the moment). The problem is, that even after several seasons of training them all the time in different aspects they don't delevop as much as I'd expect 'n' don't gain any FS at all.. Even 1st overall picks or so doesn't develop like they should.. What is U're experience 'bout that?

Well Bynum has an excellent potential, but he reaches it slowly( he's young anyway)

If you are really bothered by slow development edit WORKETHIC, LEARNING and DESTINY with DB Commander. I don't really know what's best to put in those 3, does any1 know?

++
if you open a file like players.dbf in one of your saved folders, it'll come up with hundreds and thousands of stats on each player to edit. You just gotta find the ones Tyx was referring to and bump them up to where you want them.
