Computer subs and rookies names

Hello.

I want to know how can I make the computer do substitutions as the player can do. How can I introduce in the computer sliders the substitutions option? (Why EA did no think about this when they made the game?).

And I want to know too how can I change the rookie names generated in the draft to make them more realistic. A player from Serbia named Sabastian Mendes? A player from Russia named Mirsad Okan?

This has been discussed in other threads, but until EA Sports comes out with a patch that fixes the substitutions, the computer will not make any subs. It isn't an option in the game.

And unfortunately, you can't change the generated names either.
