Game adjustments

Played the game a bit now and its irritating me allready!

Getting Offencive fouls (in your favour) doesnt exists, so as blocking and rebounding. (damn hard to do it seems) and its generally hard to play the games.

But there are some sliders you can work with.
My question to you guys;

How to put the sliders for some more realistic gameplay?
