No speech id for created rookies!!!

I can't believe. I had the understanding created rookies would have names assigned to them instead we've got the same as last year with 'player 22' etc. being called by the stadium announcer , I was so pissed, I didn't have time to see what Marv and Steve say, but from what I just played they don't say anything about the player apart from 'up he goes' etc.

This was my biggest piss off last year and I thought it was being changed. DAMN.

Well how common of a name did you try to use?

Announcers say my name (Smith ) The 360 version had a list of names you could choose from so the announcers will say your name. Most were very common or named after NBA Players.

I drafted created players after my first season, so I assume the game will create players with names it can say, The names of my rookies are Diez and Medeiros so obviously not common enough to be announced. I really wouldn't care if every second rookie was named Smith, but with an 82 game season in a Dynasty 'player 22' etc. is going to get old real quickly.

Is there any way to know what names are announced and how can we assign speechid to players?

It's not that simple due to speechid's already being assigned. Sure I can edit them in players.dbf, but why should I, the game should have 50-60 speech id names in a database or something and create the rookies from them. I wouldn't care if every second player was named Smith or Jones, I would be happy the game is more realistic.
Raptorel is on the right track how do we know when draft who has a name that will be announced and who doesn't. I'm sure down the line there will be a list but it misses the point.
