left trigger, superstar trigger
right trigger, turbo

left button, direct passing
right button, alley oop

Y, dunk/rebound
X, layup/steal
A, Pass/switchplayer
B, Shoot/Take charge

Back, Time out
Start, Pause

Press Left trigger, crossover (not needed)
Press right trigger, off-ball

then just set up the freestyle stick and the quickplays
Opinions are my own.

i have an XBOX 360 wired controller with the MS drivers installed and the above configuration does not work for me. The left and right triggers do nothing... and i'm unable to bind them. Seems the game doesn't recognize the analog triggers
