Can somebody see if this works for the Sub Bug?

I know this is a pain in the ass but can you increase the amount of fouls before one gets in foul trouble each quarter?

i.e. start the game with 2 fouls being fouled out in 1st quarter and increae it each quater

2ns-3
3rd-4th
4th-6
